Children's Legacy is the First Project Built Away from the Main Dallas Campus that is Designed to be a Freestanding Pediatric Specialty Hospital. This is a green field project with a construction budget around 100 million dollars. The hospital currently has 72 private patient rooms and children were admitted in early August. I was responsible for the entire interior finish out for this project. I took the building from concrete to "kids in beds." I will stay on site until everything is finished.
Presbyterian Hospital of Plano - Bed Tower III and Renovations
Assistant Superintendent (Structural, Exterior, Punchlist, Renovation)
Bed Tower III took about 14 months to complete with a budget of around 70 million dollars. The tower includes an ER, ICU, NICU, and 125 private patient rooms. This was my first project out of college and I was an Assistant Superintendent from the beginning of the structure till the last punchlist. The project won many awards and is a top hosptial in Dallas/Ft. Worth. After the tower was built we renovated almost every department inside the existing hosptial. I worked on this project from August 2004 till Feb 2007.
